Why Us?

GoDocs was founded in Danville, Virginia by a group of medical professionals that want to make exceptional medical care available to all the citizens of Danville and Pittsylvania county. All of our medical providers hold board certifications in their specialties and attend yearly continuing education conferences to stay up to date on the latest medical and pharmacologic breakthroughs to increase our quality of patient care. From the GoDocs Mobile Medical Practice to the GoDocs Healthcare Center we ALWAYS meet your needs...you can come to us or we will come to you. Onsite labs, digital xray and ultrasound allows us to properly diagnosis and treat patients on the road and in our healthcare center. Our Staff

Dr. Neil LaHurd Jr, DO

Dr. Neil LaHurd Jr., DO received his Bachelors of Science, Biology degree from the University of Miami before attending Nova Southeastern School of Medicine. Dr. LaHurd holds board certifications in two specialties, American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and American Academy of Physicians Specialties in Emergency Medicine. He is a Navy and Army veteran with multiple deployments to Bosnia and the Persian Gulf over a stellar ten year military officer career. He enjoys going to the gym, running, and traveling with his family. Dr. LaHurd is currently accepting new patients.

Dr. Kevin Lingle, MD

Kevin Lingle, MD. Dr. Lingle is a Interventional Cardiologist who specializes in radial artery (wrist) catheterizations and interventions (stents), coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, hypertension, hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), peripheral artery disease, and venous diseases (including treatment for varicose veins and spider veins). Dr. Lingle completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University and earned his Medical Doctorate at University of North Carolina's School of Medicine. He completed his post graduate internal medicine residency training at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Lingle went on to complete his cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr Lingle holds Board Certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Lingle relocated to Danville, Va. in July of 2013 and decided to make a home here for his family.  Dr. Lingle is currently accepting new patients.

Micah Pacfico, RN, ACLS, PALS

Micah Pacifico received his Registered Nursing Degree from Danville Community College after attending Radford University. He has nursing experience in SDU, ICU, telemetry, med-surg, and the emergency department. Micah enjoys going to they gym, reading, and spending time with his family. 


Kelli Banner, BSN, MSN, FNP-C

Kelli Banner, FNP was born and raised in Old Fort, NC where she received her RN degree from Foothills Nursing Consortium at McDowell Technical Community College. She worked as a nursing assistant for McDowell County Hospice during nursing school. After passing the RN-NCLEX in 2006 Kelli went to work at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC in their cardiac/vascular Step Down Unit. During her six year stay at Mission Hospital she was promoted to Unit Supervisor for the thirty bed SDU. Kelli relocated to Chatham, Virginia in 2012 due to a promotion her husband received from his employer. She went to work at DRMC on the cardiac/progressive care unit. During her time at DRMC Kelli decided to further her education, studying for her Masters of Nursing with a primary focus on Family Nurse Practitioner. Kelli received her Masters of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in February 2015. She passed her FNP National Board Certification and began work as a Primary Care Provider at Dr. Trivedi’s office. Kelli has primary care, geriatric care, chronic disease process management and extensive cardiac experience. Kelli is married to Nason Banner and has two children, Tyler and Jordan. She enjoys spending time with her family and taking their two boxers, Jax and Sampson, camping, boating, and riding four-wheelers.  Kelli Banner, FNP is currently accepting new patients.

Ashley Martin, FNP/WHNP-C

Ashley Martin FNP/WHNP-C joined GoDocs Mobile Medical Practice and GoDocs Healthcare Center in April 2016. Ashley completed her Family Nurse Practitioner/Women's Health Nurse Practitioner/Masters of Science, Nursing degree at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2013. She will have her Doctorate of Nursing Practice completed in May 2017 through East Carolina University with a concentration in Research and clinical development. Ashley is an active member of SIGMA THETA TAU. She began her RN career as a PEDS nurse at Duke University before accepting a position as an Emergency Department RN at Duke University's Level 1 Trauma Center. Ashley remained an ED RN at Duke while completing her FNP/WHNP masters programs. After becoming a board certified provider she worked as a FNP at a pediatric clinic and as a WHNP at an OBGYN office in Durham, NC. Ashley also has extensive experience in Urology where she worked as a Nurse Practitioner, diagnosing and treating urological disorders. While completing her Doctorate degree she is currently involved in extensive pulmonary research and community education with a focus on cardiac disease, strokes and diabetic disease management. Ashley brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and continuing education to GoDocs patients. She has 3 children and enjoys beach trips, spending time at the lake and watching her kids play sports. Karen McClure FNP/WHNP-C

Karen McClure FNP/WHNP-C joined GoDocs Healthcare Center June 1st 2016.  She received her Bachelor's of Science, Nursing degree from the State University of New York before earning her OB-GYN Nurse Practitioner degree from the USAF School of Healthcare Sciences. Karen went on to complete her Master's of Science, Maternal-Child Nursing degree at University of Maryland.  After working in women's health for a number of years she returned to school at University of Alabama and received her Post Masters Certificate in Family Practice.  She is a member of multiple professional associations: ANCC certification as Family Nurse Practitioner, NCC Certification as Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner, American Nurses Association, American College of Nurse Practitioners, SIGMA THETA TAU and the Virginia Nurse Practitioner Association. Karen is a proud veteran, she served as a Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner in the United States Air Force for ten years with stations abroad including Japan and Germany.  After settling in Pittsylvania County VA Karen continued her work as a WHNP/FNP in the local community. She has been serving Danville and the surrounding counties for the last 20 years.  Karen offers primary care services, womens health services, joint injections, psychiatric services and performs a variety of womens health procedures. Karen and her family live in the country where she spends most of her free time loving on her horse. Karen McClure, FNP/WHNP-C is currently accepting new patients!


Dr Glenn Meadows, MD.

GoDocs Healthcare Center welcomes Dr Glenn Meadows, MD! Dr Meadows, a Lynchburg, VA native, is a Board Certified Family Physician through the American Board of Family Medicine and has been a practicing physician for thirty-two years.  He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia with a Bachelors in Biology before attending University of Virginia's School of Medicine. Dr Meadows completed his internships and residency program at Riverside Medical Center Family Practice in Newport News, Virginia where he was the Chief Resident from 7/1/83-7/1/84. Dr Meadows has over twenty-five years of Emergency Medicine experience combined with his Family Medicine practice, with eighteen of those twenty-five years spent in a Level II Trauma Center. In his free time he enjoys distance running, wilderness hiking, flyfishing, wood/metal working, gardening and bee keeping. Dr Meadows is currently accepting new patients!

Zachary Oakes, NP-C.

GoDocs Healthcare Center welcomes Zachary Oakes, BSN, MSN, NP-C! Zach will be working fulltime at GoDocs Healthcare Center in Danville, VA. Zach completed his Bachelors of Nursing at Western Governor's University. He then went on to receive his Masters of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Walden University. Zach has a broad range of experience coming with him to Godocs, from bedside care in Intensive Care Units to geriatric care in nursing homes as well as experience in Emergency Medicine. Zach is an active member of the AANP and graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from both WGU and WU. Zach enjoys family medicine because he gets to treat patients all ages with a variety of health needs. In his free time Zach enjoys working on his farm, hunting, fishing, racing dirt bikes and spending quality time with his four year old son, Lucas. Zach is currently accepting new patients!

Lori Rutherford, NP-C.

GoDocs Mobile Medical Practice welcomes Lori Rutherford, AGACNP-C! Lori will be working in Roanoke, VA, providing Primary Care services for our Roanoke based mobile practice. She is a graduate of Marshall University where she completed her BSN. She then went on to graduate from Radford University where she earned a Masters of Science in Nursing degree. Lori completed her Postgraduate Certification in Gerontological Nurse Practitioner at  the University of North Caroline at Greensboro. Lori has been serving our veterans through emploment at the Veterans Health Administration Office in Salem VA since 1999. Lori was appointed by Governor Terry McAuliffe to the Virginia Health Workforce Develpoment Authroity, a group that is focused on building Virginia's economy through the creation of jobs in the healthcare related industries.  She has had the priviledge of being an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix for graduate nursing students, along with speaking at seminars across the country related to extensive experience in caring for veterans. Lori is a member of Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners (VCNP), Advanced Practice Nursing Council (VAMC) and Nurses of Veterans Administration (NOVA). Lori is accepting new patients!


Michael Pittmon, AG-ACNP-C

GoDocs Mobile Medical Practice welcomes Michael Pittmon, AG-ACNP. Michael will be treating home bound patients on the GoDocs Mobile Medical Practice. He is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with certifications through the Virginia Board of Nursing and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Michael attended the Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Danville, VA where he received his Registered Nursing degree in 1993.  With a long history of Volunteer EMS service and paramedic work in Danville and Pittsylvania County, he utilized his RN degree in the Emergency Department at various local hospitals for almost 20 years. Michael went on to receive his Bachelors of Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2006 before completing his Masters of Nursing with the AG-ACNP certification from Walden University. Michael is married and has two adorable sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and is still very active in doing volunteer EMS and Paramedic work in his community. Michael Pittmon, AG-ACNP is currently accepting new patients.
